I contacted Max as my 85 year old mother in law was having problems with her hearing and we were pretty confident it was down to a buildup of wax.Max was lovely, she explained exactly what she was going to do every step of the way.Max is a caring lady and she couldn’t have been more reassuring and my mother in law had an excellent outcome from her treatment.
